January Platform Updates

We're excited to announce new and updated features designed to enhance the StandardFusion platform for easier navigation, streamlined task management, and enhanced communication. Here's what's new:

• Dynamic Email Notifications: Notifications can now be sent to all relevant roles within records, such as Owners, Assignees, and Stakeholders. This expanded functionality ensures users receive updates tailored to their role’s involvement in workflows, and container-level assessments.

• Bulk Workflow Updates: Update all workflows within a container’s assessments in one action, ensuring consistency across records and streamlining processes. For example, transition an Audit to "Active" and automatically update all associated Control Assessments to "In Progress."

• Assessment Join Fields: The new "Join Fields" feature lets you display key details from related records directly within a selected record. For example, users can view the description and name of a related Control within a Control Assessment.

• Assessment Unset Fields: The “Unset Field” option has been added to all assessment dropdown fields/menus, making it easier to clean up unwanted entries for more precise control of the information displayed.

• Improved Error Messaging: Users will now see clearer messages when newly created records exceed character limits, making it easier to identify and fix issues

• Customizable Collaborator Portal: You can now customize the collaborator portal by hiding irrelevant navigation items, adjusting the navigation bar to suit your needs, add or remove widgets, and adding informative banners for guidance or instructions.
