Track Your Data Ecosystem
The new Tools, Datasets, and Processing Activities sections catalog and analyze the software, applications, and systems your organization uses for data processing. It includes details like vendor, dataset types, geographic locations, and classification levels—giving you a clear picture of each area’s privacy impact and allows you to easy visualize your data processes.
See Connections Clearly
Our new Data Mapping feature visually maps relationships between Processing Activities, Datasets, Tools, and other privacy records. This interactive view makes it easy to trace data flows, helping you identify and address compliance gaps quickly.
Geographically Track Data Points
Our Data Map provides an interactive, location-based view of data processing across regions, helping you assess data sovereignty and regional compliance at a glance.
Updated Privacy Dashboard
The revamped Privacy Dashboard now includes visual widgets, a data map, and a processing diagram to bring key privacy metrics together in one place. You can now get insights into Datasets by Subject, quick access to privacy tools, and links to recent records for easy tracking.
New RoPA Reports
RoPA (Record of Processing Activities) reports are now available in StandardFusion, with customization capabilities available to tailor it to your needs. This report, designed specifically for privacy and GDPR compliance, allows organizations to easily view all their processing activities and how they are linked to their various tools and datasets.
